Who We Are

triniT Partners is a technology solutions provider, focused on serving organizations in the small and mid-sized market. 

We are located in the midwestern United States and while we naturally assist clients throughout the United States and Canada, we are ready to assist organizations and their users wherever and however we can.

What we Do

As a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, we are able to offer our clients any of the existing Microsoft Cloud solutions.  Our specialization is in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  Along with Business Central, we frequently assist our clients with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Azure, and several other related Microsoft offerings.

 

Beyond Microsoft, our team has a significant amount of experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom integration solutions from our client.  In today's cloud-based world, it is increasingly important that systems are able to communicate with one another in an efficient and reliable manner. This ensures that each user can trust that the data they rely upon is current and accurate. While some integrations are Microsoft-based, such as Dataverse integration, we can leverage standard APIs and any other integration tools that may be the best fit for your organization.

And encompassing just about all facets of the modern-day workplace is AI.  triniT Partners is not only able and ready to assist your organization with incorporating AI into the existing Microsoft solutions (Business Central), but we also can assist with AI solutions across the entire organization - such as within the sales and marketing teams, research and development, product management, and of course financial reporting and data analysis.

First and foremost is the quality of our team members.  At any technology services provider (such as triniT Partners), the people on the front line supporting your team on a daily basis are the product.  We appreciate this and therefore will ensure that premium resources are always available to each of our clients. 

Second, our approach is to work as a true partner to each of our clients.  While we always incorporate best practices and proven methodologies into our projects, we do not present our preferred methodology to our clients and demand that they comply. Rather, we will work with each client to understand exactly what structure and process will work best for them, to ensure that we can provide the optimal level of support and guidance.  Does this make each project and task repeatable and therefore more profitable for triniT Partners?  No, absolutely not.  But it does make for the best possible partnership with each of our clients.  Our goal is to do as much or as little as needed, with the focus always remaining on what will make our client as successful as possible.

Finally, we offer all of our services at a competitive, yet fair and reasonable rate.  We will work with each client to offer the best structure for budgeting and managing each project or task.  We understand that every organization is unique and therefore applying the same approach is not the best way to ensure customer success.
